Our products are customized according to your personalized requirements, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues. Please carefully confirm the details of your order, including color, style, and other information before purchasing.

We understand that sometimes things don't fit, and you want to return or exchange them. We will try our best to help, but unfortunately, we cannot make any promises!

Product Warranty

If you have quality issues to report, you can email us at support@keysme.com, and we will recommend a solution for you. If we believe the problem needs to be checked by the technical team, we will notify you to return the product and provide a replacement. Please provide your order number and photos/videos to show the damage to solve the problem faster. Each item is only allowed to be returned or exchanged once.

 

Received Defective or Wrong Product

If you find any quality issues when you receive the product, please contact us immediately and provide relevant evidence. We will actively assist you in solving the problem. If you find that the product you received is different from what you ordered, please provide product photos and written/printed tracking numbers. Within 7 days of the order being delivered to you, send this email to us at support@keysme.com.

 

Right to Reserve Return

We reserve the right to individually define, limit, refuse, and/or deny customer returns at any time for the following reasons:

  • Too many return histories.
  • If an item is marked as "final discount," it cannot be returned.
  • Personalized items cannot be returned.
  • Only items that are unopened, sealed intact, and in perfect resalable condition with original packaging can be returned.
  • Items with non-returnable labels and free gifts.
  • Potential fraud or criminal activity. Note: Please be sure to carefully inspect your return before shipping. We are not responsible for returns of non-Keysme products.

 

Returns

Remember these things:

  • All returns must be approved by email. Please send an email to support@keysme.com quickly to let us know your return.
  • To complete your return, we need an order number or proof of purchase and appropriate reasons for the return in the email to ensure that your return is properly processed.
  • It takes up to 7 business days to process from the date the item is delivered to our warehouse.
  • The refund will be issued in the same payment method.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and have original tags and packaging returned.
  • We are not responsible for any return packages that may be lost or stolen during shipping. Please keep your postage proof and/or return tracking number when sending your return.
  • You must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Based on credible concerns about potential fraud, we reserve the right to delay refunds until the item is actually received.

Order Cancellation

Usually, the processing time for an order is around 2 days, during which we can modify or cancel your order, but we cannot modify or cancel it for you after we have shipped the package. If you have informed us of the cancellation of the order, but the product has been shipped, if you still don’t want it, you must bear the cost of returning the product to us. Once it leaves our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order.

Refund (if applicable)

We only provide refund/replacement services after receiving the product. Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account according to your request.

We will only refund the product cost and will not bear the round-trip shipping costs to the keysme warehouse (we do not accept packages returned with cash on delivery).Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable."

Delayed or Lost Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your PayPal account again first. Then contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
